This Grounded Class incorporates movements and exercises derived from Ballet to develop strength and flexibility, focusing on the lower body. This class will help you develop the lean muscle tone of a ballerina, while also improving posture, balance, stability, and endurance. Tight fitting clothing and long tights are encouraged.

This Grounded Class incorporates different stretches that target key areas of the body. This class will help improve the range of motion in your joints, increase muscle mobility, and make you as nimble as a yogi. Yoga blocks are available for use or you may bring your own flexibility assisting tools such as wedges or straps.


This Grounded class involves the manipulation of and artistic movement of hula hoops. Rotating heavier and larger diameter hoops around all parts of the body, including the waist, chest, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet, this class provides an aerobic workout, improving muscle tone and flexibility. Shorts and tank tops that expose the shoulders are encouraged.


This high intensity Grounded Class is part of an International Aerobic Fitness program that features movements, inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, performed to primarily Latin American dance music, pop, and hip-hop. This class is an excellent cardiovascular workout designed to torch those calories away all while having fun. Sneakers are encouraged.

This low-impact Grounded class stretches and strengthens every muscle by combining the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. This music driven class will help you shape sleek arms, flat abs, and a lifted butt with its fat-burning nonstop movements.
Power Yoga
This grounded class is a one stop shop for mindfulness, movement and meditation. This includes a powerful flow of various different postures to encourage the participant to tap into their internal fire and feel their most empowered version of them self. Participation in this class will result in total body toning, increased flexibility, unshakable core strength, and tools to cultivate more peace in their life.


This Elevated class is a great way to prepare your body for the physical demands of aerial fitness classes. In this class we focus on strengthening from head to toe while building coordination and confidence in the air.


This Elevated Class consists of performing aerial acrobatic skills, climbs, and drops while holding onto two pieces of a special fabric offering some give and flexibility. This Elevated class can provide your daily dose of adrenaline if you so choose, but it will most certainly improve your upper body and core strength, as well as, your flexibility. Tight fitting clothing and long tights are encouraged; shoes and jewelry are not. 

This Elevated Class is a comprehensive fitness technique designed to increase one’s overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty. This unique combination of exercises, as a sequence is intended to decompress one’s spine and align the body from head to toe while stretching and strengthening one’s muscles. Traditional yoga attire is encouraged; shoes and jewelry are not.

This Elevated Class incorporates poses, stunts, lifts, inversions, and slides on a 14 foot tall wrapped static acrobatic pole. This class puts a fun twist on the popular Spinning Pole Class. These techniques will improve your upper body, core and lower body strength. Shoes with NO tread are REQUIRED, wrestling shoes are ideal. 

In this Elevated Class students will practice poses and aerial acrobatic skills while on a suspended metal hoop. The aerial hoop can be utilized as a static, swinging, or spinning apparatus. This class will supply you with ample photo opportunities while improving your upper body strength and flexibility. Tight fitting clothing and long tights are encouraged; shoes and leg warmers are not.
This popular Elevated Class offers a variety of poses, spins, and lifts on the pole. These poles can be set to either a spin or static mode. Regardless of whether you are taking this class to be sassier or more acrobatic, this class will certainly improve your strength and flexibility. Shorts that expose your lower thigh are REQUIRED; heels with strap, toe socks/sole pads, or bare feet are welcome.
